Following my call to the bar in Maharahtra, I'm practicing under the guidance of my Senior, Advocate Prakash Shetty famous trial court Advocate handling various cases under the provisions of NDPS. Act, MCOC Act, TADA Act etc before starting my own successful criminal law practice.
My work has included representing clients at bail hearings and bail reviews, criminal trials, appeals and revision. The range of criminal charges I defend include, but are not limited to, domestic assault, sexual assault, robbery, drug offences, weapons offences, firearms offences, theft /shoplifting, fraud, break & enter, impaired driving, attempted murder, murder, cyber crimes, conspiracy offences and negotiable instruments act.
I have appeared as advocate defending the accused in number of trials ranging from large-scale frauds, weapons offences, firearms offences, theft, murder and other cases related to various gangs. I have successfully defended alleged gang members.
